A dental assistant will review your dental and medical history and take quick, low-radiation digital x-rays. If you’re feeling nervous, let us know — your comfort matters.
Comprehensive Exam
You'll meet with the dentist for a full oral exam, including:
- X-ray review
- Gum and tooth evaluation
Based on the exam, we’ll recommend a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and goals.
Your Hygiene Visit
If appropriate, your dental cleaning will follow the exam. Our hygienist will:
- Clean and polish your teeth
- Check for signs of gum disease
- Share brushing and flossing tips
- Recommend fluoride if needed
You'll leave with a clean smile and your own care kit — toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste included.
After Your Visit
We’ll walk you through:
- Your treatment plan
- Insurance coverage
- Payment options (including CareCredit and financing options)
You can schedule any follow-up appointments before you leave, and we’ll send text/email reminders to keep you on track.

Please bring your government ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport), your insurance card(s) (if you have dental insurance), and a list of current medications and any medical conditions (e.g. heart conditions, diabetes). If you’ve had recent dental X-rays (within the last 6–12 months), you can bring them (or have your former dentist send them).
A full new patient visit typically takes about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how much X-ray imaging, exam, and dental cleaning we need to perform, along with a review of your dental history and planning your treatment.
Yes — we accept most PPO dental insurance plans. We verify your insurance before your appointment so you’ll know exactly what’s covered and what your out-of-pocket portion will be.

Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll review your medical and dental history.

- The dentist will perform a comprehensive oral exam (teeth, gums, bite, etc.).
- If needed, we’ll schedule or perform a dental cleaning by our hygienist (scaling, polishing, and periodontal assessment).

Absolutely — before you leave, we can help you schedule any additional necessary visits (e.g. fillings, crowns, further treatment). We’ll also set up reminders via text or email so you don’t forget.
Yes — your comfort is a priority. Let us know in advance if you have dental anxiety, special needs, or require additional accommodations (like noise-canceling headphones, breaks, etc.), and we’ll do our best to make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
We maintain strict, up-to-date infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with dental industry guidelines and local health authorities. All instruments are sterilized or disposed of, and operatories are disinfected between patients.
